Today is the day that the beaning officially starts. The Expobar Pulser arrived! Placed the order and hoped it got here in time for thanks giving but it didn't. oh well.

This image is actually the very very drop of "nectar" that my pulser pulsed. I did not drink this shot. I have a long way to go and a lot to learn at this point, its my first day.

At this point the shot looks really watery. I used some pre ground coffee left over fromthe steam toy days. What a fun thing to use. I quickly fell in love with the process and the sensory expression of making espresso and esresso drinks. I have always enjoyed watching a barista at work. Its like a dance without music in the normal sense of music. The barista dances to the percussive tempo of the grinder doser thwack. The woosh of the steam and the sound of the milk stretching all became something i needed to experience.



I am already hooked and on a un-ending, life long journey, to espresso nirvanna.
